Revocation & Warranty

The device came as described - nevertheless I am unfortunately not completely satisfied...

It is very important to us to present our products to you in the best possible way before you buy them. So we want to prevent the occurrence of the feeling "to buy a pig in a poke". For this reason, you have the opportunity to examine the actual condition of our devices in each individual product description by means of resolving product photos and videos.

If you are still not satisfied with the product after the first time, it is not a problem. You get the legally regulated withdrawal period of 14 days with us. In addition, we voluntarily increase the period by another 14 days.

If you want to cancel the purchase contract, please fill out the cancellation form and send it within 28 days after receipt of the goods by e-mail to support@esa-tech.de.

For further processing we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

You get the statutory 12 months warranty with us.

If the warranty applies, please contact us by e-mail at support@esa-tech.de. We will contact you as soon as possible to clarify and process the matter.

Please make sure to remove any passwords from the device in case of a warranty claim. In addition, we are not liable for data loss in case of repair, please take care of a backup on your own.

Excluded from warranty are:

  • Usual signs of wear and tear
  • Fractures on display/screen/housing
  • Defects due to incompatible devices
  • Damage due to aggressive influences
  • Damage due to natural disasters and force majeure
  • Damage due to improper/negligent use/handling
  • Opening/repair of the device by any person/company other than ourselves.

Information:

Possibly the device is still subject to the protection of the manufacturer's warranty. You are of course allowed to make use of the manufacturer's warranty.
