We offer a 12-month warranty.

Yes - every notebook we sell includes an original or compatible charger.
We try to answer questions sent to us within 24 hours (within working days) - but within a maximum of two working days.

Yes, we ask you to unpack the notebook according to the enclosed instructions so that we can ensure that the packaging and the notebook are not damaged during unpacking.
Yes, should something theoretically go wrong with the notebook over time, it is possible to return the notebook in our packaging after contacting us. (The packaging we use is ideal for sending notebooks safely).
